Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to recover any credit balance or bonuses held in those accounts. For account closures requested by the user, any valid credit balance will be refunded subject to the completion of a full identity verification process.

To close your account, please contact the cuci88 support team via email. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days after identity verification is completed.
